# n8n Meeting Preparation & Minutes Workflow

A workflow from my portfolio connecting meeting preparation, transcript processing and documentation. Built with n8n, Google Calendar, CRM data, Fireflies AI and Google Docs.

## The operational problem

Meeting preparation and follow-up often live in separate systems. A team needs relevant contact and opportunity context before a call, then a usable record of the discussion afterward.

## Workflow structure

- A Google Calendar event supplies the meeting trigger.

- The preparation phase retrieves relevant contacts and opportunities and prepares meeting context.

- The documentation phase obtains the meeting transcript through Fireflies AI.

- An AI processing step turns transcript content into structured meeting minutes.

- The output is stored in Google Docs for the team to review and use.

## What this example demonstrates

Connecting event triggers, CRM context, transcript data and document creation in one workflow. The output is intended to support follow-up and record keeping; generated notes should be reviewed for accuracy.
